This can happen for a few reasons:

• Manual Delivery — items tagged "Manual Delivery" are handled by staff. Send your username + order number in live chat and we'll deliver 24/7.
• System Maintenance — Roblox updates can temporarily pause the system. Message support to check.
• Claim link expired — visit our claim page, enter your order number and email to regenerate your link.

"You do not have permission to join" (Error 524) usually means your privacy settings are blocking entry. Add the bot as a friend first, then click "I've sent a friend request" on the claim page — it accepts instantly.

Under 13? You must add the bot as a friend before joining. Always use the private server link on the claim page, not the Roblox website directly.

During busy times you'll be placed in a queue. Once the players ahead of you finish, it's your turn. If you lost connection, try refreshing the claim page or rejoining the game to get back in the queue.

1. Wrong account — you may be logged into a different account than the one entered at checkout. Switch to the correct one and try again.
2. Wrong bot — make sure you're adding the exact bot shown on the claim page.
3. Bot is busy — Roblox limits how many requests a bot can accept at once. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Almost always caused by your bank, not our site. Common reasons:

• Typo in card number, CVV or expiry date
• Billing address mismatch — postcode doesn't match your bank's records
• Bank security flag — banks sometimes block digital goods purchases
• Insufficient funds — not enough balance to cover the total

If everything looks correct, call your bank to authorise the transaction.

If we fail to deliver your items within 24 hours, you're eligible for an instant refund. Refunds are only available for orders that were never claimed. If your order was already delivered, we can't offer a refund. Contact support with your order number to request one.
